Crisp and quaffable, what more could you ask for on a hot summer day or after a long day of harvesting the spring corn skiing, this your perfect aprés drink.
After a gentle press, we fermented this Rosé in stainless steel barrels until dry for ultimate drinkability. With a nose of daisies and a strawberry finish it is the perfect sunny day drink. We kept it simple, as Rosé should be.
Drink it whenever and wherever, we're not your bosses.
We rock this wine every year, just being honest.
Barrel fermented in two-thirds stainless steel and one-third neutral oak. You will float on sensational aromas of fresh alpine meadow flowers, mixed with lilac which glissade to a crisp grapefruit palate. The white pepper spiciness and wet river stone minerality on the finish allows our wine to linger longer than snowmen in the spring.
We recommend this wine for evening sails, summer picnics, or late night dance parties on the deck – enjoy!

The perfect post adventure wine.
Fermented in 1.5 ton fermenters and aged in french oak, this wine shows blueberry and cola aromas, while lingering with a cigar smoke finish. There are subtle notes of cape cod cranberries, which help to extend a very full and long finish. We like to think that you could call this a party pallet wine, so just like our Gewürztraminer get ready to dance.
We recommend this wine for Alaskan elk hunts, post multi-pitch climbs and cold chairlift rides up the mountain!
If you love deep pow skiing then this is the wine for you.
A warm and dry vintage this wine shows power, Hulk Hogan power. 25% new french oak and 30% whole cluster fermentation, inviting aromas of plum, blackberry, asian spice and appealing aromatics of forest floor will whisk you away to thoughts of redwood trees on the coast. Excellent now, but will age gracefully.
A fitting libation while riding shotty on the moon buggy, but while on earth, a great wine to enjoy with lamb or charcuterie.
No need to get sendy every day. Rule the throne and sip away.
This wine has explosive intensity. Most likely due to the vineyard being just north of Mt. Hood. Experience regal notes of rainier cherry, satsuma plum and baking spice. A majestically rich and velvety body integrates into the silky and lingering finish. 10 months in french barrels, 25% of which were virgin oak, PCV wine is ready to be enjoyed as you rule court.
Shows the best when at boar roasts and judging pond skimming contests.
